I experienced a water intrusion that soaked my carpet and padding last
August 2023. Rich and Mike came on time and were able to patch and repair the areas affected with a piece of the carpet I had saved (for years!);, so perfectly that I can't tell where the seams are at all! It took a lot more time than I imagined because these guys are perfectionists! Do give them a call.
These guys did excellent work! My carpets are very light-colored and I wasn't sure if they would be able to clean them properly. Anyway, the team were on time for my appointment, recommended a dependable cleaning method and used quality supplies that didn't damage our carpets. This was my first time using the services of this company and I'd consider using them in the future.
